Tide University Laundry (TUL) is a laundry service for college students at over 20 schools across the United States. TUL brought on Stripes to help drive awareness of the product and customer acquisition of incoming freshmen at their school locations.

Tide University Laundry faces the unique challenge of having very specific new prospects every year—incoming freshmen (and their parents) at specific universities around the nation. Stripes leveraged a combination of third-party data, data-appending services for parent contact information, location-based targeting to identify those on campus during orientation, and demographic and targeting to reach prospects at over 20 schools on Instagram Stories, Snapchat, Facebook News Feed and Messenger Stories, and right rail ads.

Stripes developed school-specific assets, leveraging client photography assets and branding to introduce incoming freshmen to the laundry service and build awareness and advocate for registration across several platforms, ranging from Snapchat, Instagram Stories, Instagram Newsfeed, Facebook News Feed, and Google banner ads.
